Birth!

If you're getting ready to pop, we've got information all about that extremely personal and tender time when your baby arrives in the world.

That gorgeous baby growing inside of you is soon to come out and quite likely you'll be reading everything you can get your hands on while talking to as many mums as you can to get their experiences. 

Whether it's your first birth or second or third or more, each birth is completely unique to you and your baby.  You can plan, but at the end of the day, the even will pan out as baby sees fit!  Sometimes it's exactly as you wanted, other times it's completely different!

You have to relax (??!!) on your birth day, and try and roll with how events pan out.

Ultimately, baby is going to come via c-section or vaginal delivery.  But within these two major types, there are a number of other birthing options - you might have a home birth or a hospital birth, you might choose to use drugs or you might choose hypnonsis.  Some women are now choosing to birth alone in an ecstatic birth.
