Put this on your to do list: Create a habit

Habit List They say it takes 30 days to form a habit. Ahem, maybe that’s why my “every other day, when I remember” exercise regime is not working for me.

I think I may just give this app a try – it includes everything you need to reach your goals, all on your phone. According to their web page it motivates you, helps you stay focused, and keeps you on track. Yes please – I will take any help I can get.
