Taking the time to look at the world from my 18 months old’s perspective. It’s a whole different world down there!! It is scary, huge, frustrating, daunting but fun…make the most of being a big kid with your little kid.
I love what you have written here Sarah. It is very easy to forget how different their world is. Thanks for sharing and all the best for the competition.

The best thing that I’ve learnt recently is:
When raising a child step away from your world and look at the big picture; think what will my child remember in 5 years time? They won’t remember if you had dust or how big your washing pile was but they will remember how much attentuon and love they were given.
I love what you have written here Amy. I am going to start following this mantra. Thanks for sharing and all the best for the competition.

We dont appreciate what we really have, until its gone
dont take anything in life for granted
I recently had a major wake up call regarding this CK. You are right, it usually takes something major to make us realise just how blessed we are when in reality we should be living that every single day regardless. Thanks for sharing and good luck for the competition.

Live life to the fullest because life is to short…. You know whats best for your child because you are their mum xx
Enjoy your kids and do what you want to do instead of worrying what everyone else has to say.. mums rock…
My house is a mess because I’m busy helping my children make memories
I have learned to be kind to myself, be flexible when things don’t go as planned, and be thankful with the accomplishments & blessings – no matter how small they may seem.
I have learnt that no matter what you thought you knew about babies prior to having them once they arrive they don’t follow the books or other information so you just need to go with the flow and do whatever you need to to stay afloat at the beginning!
